Your doctor can give you up to 6 months worth of 28 day prescriptions all in one go. You then take the entire sheaf of prescriptions to the chemist. They keep all the paperwork and you go back each month to pick up new tablets. If your tablets change and some become unnecessary then the chemist won’t need to give them to you. Please ensure you do make an appointment with your doctor who will be happy to arrange this for you.
